Dec until 6sts remain.

Hair:
Ch 16, 3sc in 2nd ch and all remaining ch. Join with slst in same sp.
Slst in next sc.
In next sc, ch 16, 3 sc in ch across. Join with slst in same sp.

Repeat hair until there are 4 curlies.
